My Future Job

I am currently studying forest engineering, so the job I would like to have in the future is something related to that. I'd like it to be something related to nature conservation, flora and fauna, although I'm not ruling out doing research on that as well. But I would definitely like an outdoor job. 

Many of my teachers comment during their classes how much this career has allowed them to travel, to the lake of the country and abroad too, I aspire to be able to achieve the same, one of my goals is that my work allows me to know new places, it is one of the reasons why I chose this career. 

With respect to the salary, we have been told that after finishing the degree, the first jobs we can apply for or that would receive us are in consulting, and that the salary would be between 800 and one million Chilean pesos. Although I wouldn't be so excited about that amount of money until I have it in hand, so I prefer to officially finish the career and worry about that when the time comes. 

Finally, when thinking about how to finish my degree, I was looking at the option of doing a double degree, getting a bachelor's degree and doing another year of study to also get a master's degree. Although I am still not sure which specialty I would like to take, perhaps as I said before related to the conservation of nature that includes the preservation of flora and fauna. 

I am quite interested in the dynamics of forests.
